The management team has a continuing commitment to –
- Operate a Quality Management System that has achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
- Continually develop and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System processes.
- Promoting and improving Customer Satisfaction.
- Determine and fulfil the needs and expectations of Interested Parties, this becoming part of the companies ‘complication obligations.’
- Communicate throughout the company the importance of meeting customer needs and expectations as well as all relevant statutory, regulatory and compliance obligation requirements.
- Adopting Internal Audit systems as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes performance and continuing effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives, these being –
- To provide excellent customer service and support.
- To supply top quality products at competitive prices.
- Ensure the availability of resources and employee competence to ensure that process inputs achieve the expected outputs.
- Ensure that Management Review processes determine and review quality objectives, and communicate effectiveness throughout the organisation.
All personnel understand the Company Quality Policy and abide with Quality Management Principles.
This Quality Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and availability to all members of staff and interested parties on request.
Management review minutes, or extracts thereof, are circulated to individuals within the business, in accordance with their role and responsibility, as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems and the impacts of their roles and responsibilities.
